It is our aim to have zero complaints. We are members of the Employment Law Institute of New Zealand and the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. Both these organisations have a stringent code of ethics that we are both bound by and that is the basis of how we conduct our business.
However, you cant please everyone all of the time. Should you have a complaint with any aspect of us we urge you to contact us in the first instance by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Most of our employment dispute work is generated due to poor communication. Constructive good communication resolves most issues.
For whatever reason your issue with us remains unresolved then you can contact either of the appropriate aforementioned organisations who will then look into your issue with us.
For issues that have come about due to us acting as your representative then a formal complaint can be made with the Employment Law Institute of New Zealand
For issues that have come about due to us acting as a mediator or some other third party neutral then a formal complaint can be made with the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand
