It is our aim to have zero complaints. We are members of the Employment Law Institute of New Zealand and the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. Both these organisations have a stringent code of ethics that we are both bound by and that is the basis of how we conduct our business.
However, you cant please everyone all of the time. Should you have a complaint with any aspect of us we urge you to contact us in the first instance by email email@example.com. Most of our employment dispute work is generated due to poor communication. Constructive good communication resolves most issues.
