Complaints Procedure

It is our aim to have zero complaints. We are members of the Employment Law Institute of New Zealand (ELINZ).  ELINZ has a stringent code of ethics that we are both bound by and that is the basis of how we conduct our business.

However, you can't please everyone all of the time.  Should you have a complaint with any aspect of us we urge you to contact us in the first instance by email danny.gelb@employmentlaw.net.nz.  Most of our employment dispute work is generated due to poor communication.  Constructive good communication resolves most issues.

For whatever reason your issue with us remains unresolved then you can contact Employment Law Institute of New Zealand via their complaints page, who will then look into your issue with us.
